Tracker·Updated Sep 28, 2026

The Funding Register

Every crypto company that raised since July 1, 2026: what it sells, who pays for it, and who backed it. Each round is checked against its own announcement, the company's first, then the lead investor's, then tier-1 press. Updated every Monday.

Which crypto companies raised money recently, and who backed them?

Method

Discovery comes from funding databases and weekly trade-press roundups. Nothing is published from them: a round appears here only when the company's own announcement, the lead investor's own post, or a tier-1 outlet (The Block, CoinDesk, Fortune, Bloomberg, Reuters, Axios, TechCrunch, the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Blockworks, DL News) states it.

Before a round publishes, a script opens its source page and checks that the company name and the amount are on it, and a second reviewer tries to disprove the row. A round that fails either check is held, not estimated.

The amount is new money only, in US dollars. Debt facilities are shown apart and never added. When an extension states a round total, the total is shown and only the new money is counted. Rounds that disclose no amount count as rounds, never as dollars. Token sales, grants, acquisitions and fund closes are out. Rounds are dated by announcement, not by close.

What each company sells and who pays for it is read from the company's own website and written in plain words; the buyer quote is theirs, with its link.

74 rounds found in the same window are held and not shown, 46 of them for a retry when a primary source appears:
